lecture: FPGA for Software Developers (on U-boat)
FPGAs are on market for long time, they have been improved rapidly but still most of development is done by hardware people, let's change that and give software developers introduction how to use FPGA in their solutions.
This lecture will explain what FPGAs are and where they are used to those that are not aware of it.
Since this is specific conference I am going to show everything on implementation of famous "Enigma machine".
Step by step I will show how we can implement while logic in Verilog, and how we will confirm we are doing right thing with C++.
As end result we will have working communication with PC and FPGA with implemented Enigma over USB port.
